The developers describe the content like this:
In The Bornless players will experience repeated scenes of violence in our FPS game. Players will encounter hostile opponents played by either other players or by our A.I NPCs. In our game players are encouraged to fight one another with melee weapons, magical spells and firearms. Throughout the environment in the game players will be able to see themes of gore which are used to thematically enhance the immersive fictional universe of the game. These themes of gore consist of such things as bodies wrapped in clothes, blood splatters and indications of violence having taken place. In The Bornless there are also elements of psychological horror as the game features demons. These demons are often tasked with hunting down players creating a sense of terror. In the universe of The Bornless there are also depictions of drug and alcohol use, namely references to the consumption

Taylor discussed his first GRAMMY win, new memoir, A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To Heaven (Or, How I Made Peace With The Paranormal And Stigmatized Zealots And Cynics In The Process), the difference between being an author and a musician, and preparing for new solo and Slipknot albums.
