Mikayel Arayi Minasyan (Armenian: Միքայել Արայի Մինասյան; born 1 October ) is an Armenian public figure, diplomat, and media mogul. [edit]Mikaelyan was born on 1 October in Yerevan. He attended Armenian College in Venice, Italy in and graduated in with a Bachelor's degree.
