Kam’s the Man Who Should’ve Been MVP
There is only one Super Bowl. The big game used to wrap up January, but the new age brings us a February finish. I was in a text battle last night with two die hard L.S.U. fans as we watched the Pro Bowl. The "discussion" quickly devolved into whose program fuels the N.F.L.. I was pulling out the usual suspects: Bruce Smith, Michael Vick, and the like. These two Cajuns kept reaching into the recesses of N.F.L. rosters to provide ammunition. Virginia Tech Mailbag: On Pierson Prioleau’s return, trap games and Bud Foster’s future
BLACKSBURG, Va. — The Hokies probably aren’t the biggest Florida fans at the moment.

Why is the assumption that Prioleau would be a great recruiter?
First, let’s start with this: Prioleau’s a nice add

Veatch Coaches Corridor in Merryman Center to honor Bud Foster
Football
BLACKSBURG – Virginia Tech director of athletics Whit Babcock announced Thursday that in recognition of Jeff Veatch's continued long history of generosity and service to his alma mater, the corridor on the main level of the Merryman Center and includes the assistant football coaches offices will now be known as the Veatch Coaches Corridor (contingent upon Virginia Tech Board of Visitors approval). Per Veatch's wishes, this space will be dedicated to longtime defensive coordinator, Bud Foster.
Veatch co-founded Apex Systems, an information technology services company, in 1995 with fellow Tech alums Brian Callaghan and Win Sheridan.
Foster coached at Tech for 33 seasons and helped lead the Hokies to 27 consecutive bowl berths. He was the architect of Tech squads that ranked in the nation's top fem in scoring defense on seven different occasions. The winner of the 2006 Broyle
